Tell us about your current role at Annalect.

I’m an Analyst on our Enablement team. We serve as consultants and experts on Omni, Omnicom’s marketing orchestration platform. I lead go-to-market strategies by preparing new capabilities for release, and assisting agency teams who use these capabilities to drive success for their clients globally.

What do you like to do when you’re not at work?

I’m an avid traveler — taking every opportunity to explore new cities and experience different cultures. When I’m home in New York City, I enjoy discovering new spots and trying out different restaurants. It’s always fun to find something new, whether it’s a hidden café or an unfamiliar neighborhood.

What is your proudest professional achievement?

My proudest achievement is being where I am today. As a first-generation Latina from a small town in Indiana, I always dreamed of moving to New York City and working for a leading company. I worked tirelessly through college to make that dream a reality, and today, I’m in a place I love, building connections with talented agency colleagues. It’s been a truly incredible experience.

In celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month, who or what is your biggest inspiration.

My biggest inspiration is my family, starting with my parents. They bravely came to this country and worked so hard to provide us with the education and resources we needed to excel. Seeing my sisters grow in their careers and achieve success has also been hugely inspiring. My family’s rock-solid support, throughout both my professional and personal life, has been instrumental in shaping who and where I am today.

What message do you have for Hispanic/Latino/Latina colleagues, who may be early in their career and looking to grow into positions of leadership in their schools, workplaces or communities?

Keep learning and seek out mentors for guidance. As you grow, support and inspire others. Keep chasing your dreams — there’s no limit to what you can achieve! ¡Sí se puede!
